Extra Curricular Activities

We have a set of facilities adapted to the needs of each stage of the educational project, with special attention to extra-curricular facilities like music, arts and sport, which are key to the integral education of the students. The Pleasant Valley School has classrooms, libraries, laboratories and all the facilities necessary to play a wide range of sports facilities for all kinds of sports. These facilities include basketball, handball, tennis, football and volleyball. The benefits of playing sport are enhanced by the glorious countryside surrounding our School.

Sport, Health & Culture

We at PVS, encourage students to participate in sports activities for enjoyment, relaxation and exercise. Sports are a positive aid to educational development and are imperative for the formation of a sense of self-worth in an individual. Sports also play a key role in building gamesmanship and team spirit. Every student is an ambassador of the true spirit of PVS – on and off the field. Students get an opportunity to experiment with a variety of sports that they wish to pursue, both to excel in or as a hobby.

Music, Dance & Theatre

Students at The Pleasant Valley School are always encouraged to explore their potential in the world of the Arts. The students are trained to play various Indian and Western musical instruments and are also taught Indian & Western Vocal Music.

A special emphasis is laid on Art and Craft work and it is an integral part of the school curriculum. Students are taught to draw, paint and create unique craft work using different mediums, materials and techniques. At The Pleasant Valley School, we believe that the arts provide an opportunity for students to express themselves and explore their creativity. Our school offers a range of performing arts programs, including dance and theatre, to help students develop their skills in these areas.

In addition to these programs, we also offer visual arts courses such as painting, drawing, and sculpture, which allow students to experiment with different materials and techniques. Our art teachers are highly trained and encourage students to think outside the box and create unique pieces of work.
